ORDER ISSUES

We will fulfill the order within 3 days after you place the order. Once we ship the item, the shipping address couldn't be changed.

If you received the broken or wrong items, please feel free to contact us.

If you missed some accessories, please feel free to contact us via shop@ilmotor.com.

Whatever the case may be, we recommend full communication with your customer service.

DELIVERY

The delivered time is quite different between different countries. Once we ship the parcel, we will offer the tracking number so that you could track it at any time.

If tracking info indicates that your package is in your destination country, please use your local courier's online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information. Alternatively, we recommend directly contacting your local post/customs office. The best way to do this is by simply locating your nearest post/customs office and visiting them in person. 

REFUNDS AND RRTURNS

You may cancel an order at any time prior to shipment.

If you want to return the items after your receipt, please email shop@ilmotor.com to arrange a return pick-up.
