Correct experience in general
CanadaThe opposite of what I expected.
My overall with the service of ILM has been the opposite of excellent. After purchasing my helmet, the knob on the helmet broke and I haven’t able to use it for controlling the volume level which all the way down or it’s other uses. I emailed the company to see how we could repair it, which I was willing to pay for, and they ended up shipping me another knob… didn’t solve my issue. Then I need this new visor, and I ended up receiving the wrong one. The back of my helmet says ILM-953, and that’s exactly what I ordered but that’s it not what received. At that point I just decided that I’m purchasing another helmet from another company. ILM was sadly just a waste of time and money for me.
